Paralegals:

Many openings including Insurance Defense, Products Liability, Class Action, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Family Law, Estate Planning and Probate, Real Estate ? Residential, Real Estate ? Commercial. Pay ranges from 40 to 55K, plus awesome benefits, profit sharing, 3 weeks of Paid Time Off, family insurance from as little as $50 per child per month, free parking, bonus incentives.

Legal Secretary ? Legal Assistants

Many openings including commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, labor and employment litigation, general civil litigation, family law, personal injury, pre-litigation personal injury, estate planning and probate, transactional including real estate.  Pay ranges; depend upon experience, from $33K to 45K, plus great benefits, profit sharing, 3 weeks of PTO, free parking, and bonus incentives.

Accounting and bookkeeper

Currently need (1) accounts payable clerks ? code invoices with GL accounts and enter and pay invoices

Billing Clerk ? handle editing and communication with attorneys for billing clients
