Library Assisant
The San Francisco office of Heller Ehrman is searching for a Library Assistant.
Position Responsibilities:
In this position, the selected candidate will be responsible for checking-in and routeing all library materials using SydneyPlus software modules, creating and updating the check-in record and routing lists. You will also be responsible for contacting and following up with publishers when materials are missing, and running reports with the library software.
The library assistant will also order library materials, including associate book allowance materials,
assist with tracking and payment of library invoices and manage associate book allowances.
Position Requirements:
Four year college degree and/or 1-3 years of prior law library experience or equivalent preferred.
