Licensing Manager

Fortune 500 in NJ would like to bring on a Licensing Manager. A attorney or paralegal with at least 4 years licensing experience will be given strong consideration. Engineering or Chemical background preferred. Excellent salary and bonus, as well as professional work enviornment.

Some responsibilities:

*Identify licensable patents and technologies and market thru CD and Web offerings, Trade Shows and third party outlets such as Brokers and Consultants.
*Conduct Licensing and Enforcement workshops to train organization on how to identify infringers/counterfeiters and, solicit ideas for opportunity pipeline. Use forum to share best practices for both in/out licensing.
*Ensure business units are complying with company patent marking policies and conduct periodic audits.
