JOB SUMMARY

 

The Licensing Specialist is responsible for compliance with federal and state licensing requirements applicable to mortgage lending and brokering, as well as providing support to corporate counsel in other projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

?  Develop and manage a systematic management framework.

?  Maintain current licensing applications for every jurisdiction.

?  Maintain a listing of all the requirements for each license.

?  Respond quickly to corporate or retail branches regarding the requirements for approval.

?  Manage all aspects of licensing projects.

?  Following submission, track each license application for until it is approved.

?  Inform applicable parties of application/license status.

?  Maintain calendar and manage license renewals.

?  Efficiently obtain licenses in new states or authorizations to expand operations.

?  Handle all types of licensing matters.

?  Handle corporate and organizational matters for corporations.
