Licensing & Transactional Paralegal to $74K+

Fortune 100 Corp located in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Senior Paralegal with Licensing / Transactional experience. You will be providing legal support for Global Licensing / Business Development Group.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Review, analysis, and negotiation of confidential agreements and consulting agreements

*Assist in the development of contract database and assume primary responsibility for managing the database as well as group?s paper files

*Assist attorneys in drafting and negotiation of major transactional documents

*Assist in review of existing transactional agreements and analysis of related legal issues

*Provide legal assistance on routine contract matters

 

REQUIRED:

*Bachelors Degree

*Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with Licensing / Transactional experience

*Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Excellent organizational skills
