Litigation File Clerk

Expanding Newport Beach branch office of Gordon & Rees LLP seeks litigation file clerk with a minimum of two (2) years experience.  Duties include the creation & maintenance of files, the daily indexing of documents, creation of working binders for the attorney, and preparation of closed files for storage.  Strong communication and organizational skills a must.  Corporate filing experience a plus, but not necessary.  Great salary and benefits and an excellent office atmosphere.
