Litigation Support Paralegal - Delaware

International company headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware is actively seeking a Litigation Support Paralegal to support their litigation activities and facilitate the development and implementation of policies and procedures within their Legal Department. This is an indefinite long term temporary position.

Major responsibilities include, but not limited to:

' Advising legal teams on litigation support issues and technological requirements relating to e-discovery, database design, document management and discovery budgeting.
' Leading project design for litigation teams consisting of in-house and outside attorneys, paralegals and vendors (to establish support requirements and workflow protocols).
' Managing contracts with existing suppliers of litigation support services and technology.
' Monitoring vendor performance and compliance with quality, schedule and cost standards and with contractual obligations.
' Serving as the legal department's liaison to other functions and strategic business units on issues relating to document and discovery management.

Ideal candidate will possess OVER 5 years of recent litigation support experience within a law firm or company legal department, demonstrated knowledge of the litigation discovery process, a strong track record on a broad set of litigation activities, leadership abilities, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
