M&A Corporate Attorney

Would you like the opportunity to move in-house?  Counsel On Call is currently interviewing transactional attorneys for a position with a growing pharmaceutical company in Bridgewater, New Jersey.  Ideal experience is 3 to 5 years with a large law firm working on mergers & acquisitions, contracts, lease review and general corporate matters.  Preference given to those attorneys with experience representing pharmaceutical companies.  Successful candidate will enjoy a variety of work and assist in-house team with business development, FDA filings, new drug application transfers, EPA and DEA matters, prescription drug marketing issues, contract and lease review and drafting.  Must have good working relationship with non-lawyer business clientele.  Requires top one-third ranking from accredited law school.  Position will begin in a contract capacity, but it is anticipated to result in a full-time permanent offer after first of the year; company is also open to allowing successful candidate to remain in contract capacity indefinitely to afford attorney control over his or her schedule.  All interested candidates, please send resumes to Amy Colton at amy.colton@counseloncall.com or 615-467-2391 (fax).
