M&A/Partnership Tax Senior Associate

Job Description -- PricewaterhouseCoopers' Washington National Tax Services practice is currently looking for someone with partnership tax experience and strong spreadsheet skills to join its Partnership Taxation group in Washington, DC. Candidate will be responsible for Section 704(b) and (c) modeling; Section 754 calculations; and partnership disguised sale calculations.

In addition, the candidate would conduct research and draft memorandum on partnership tax issues. Candidate will be responsible for working with both internal and external clients in a variety of industries.

Job Requirement Essential

3 - 5 years experience in a similar professional services firm ideal. Partnership taxation focus a plus.
