M&A Tax Manager

Job Description -- The Mergers & Acquisitions group of National Tax practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is searching for an M+A Tax Manager who will be dedicated to providing tax consulting for acquisitions and other transaction related services to financial and strategic buyers (public and private acquisitions of US and foreign companies, stock offerings, spin-offs, leveraged buy-outs and joint venture arrangements). The services typically provided include technical tax consulting services, transaction structuring for tax issues, due diligence, analyzing potential tax savings/reductions, negotiation support assistance and advisory including acquisitions strategy formulation and financial modeling and other related project management/analysis. Some training delivery responsibilities.

Masters of Science in Taxation (MST) or-
LLM/JD

Job Requirement Essential

--Significant technical M&A corporate experience
--Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment a must.
