MARKETING AND SEMINAR COORDINATOR:

 

Statewide law firm has immediate opening for a MARKETING AND SEMINAR COORDINATOR.  Professional candidate will work one-on-one with Firm Administrator and Administration as well as independently in organization and implementation of client events, firm seminars, review and proof read professional summaries, assemble client presentation materials, route business development materials (seminar binders, firm brochures, practice description,  etcetera), organize and maintain stock of business development materials and marketing items, make extensive travel arrangements, coordinate breakfasts, lunches, dinners, receptions, golf, CLE seminars, etcetera.  Attend events and assist with setup, registration and other related tasks as required.  Coordinate all event related processes, including mailings, invitations, reminder notices, registrations, reports, attendance lists and name tags. Manages other event related needs, (i.e., vendor relations, RSVPs, inquiries from clients and attendees, accounting and reporting). Professional candidate  will coordinate post-event tasks including sending follow up letters and materials.  ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND FOLLOW-UP IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.Work must be consistently professional. Professional candidate to be highly proficient in various standard PC based software packages, including strong oral and written communications skills, spelling and grammar, along with maintain confidentiality.High level of professionalism and initiative.
