MARKETING COORDINATOR FOR LAW FIRM

Experience Required: - Bachelors degree required - Previous work at a law firm or similar professional services firm desirable
- Previous marketing experience desirable
- Candidate should be detail-oriented, resourceful, enthusiastic and creative - Candidate should possess excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills (writing, editing and research experience desirable)- Familiarity with PC applications, including word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software is desirable

Description of Position:

- Edit and maintain content of certain marketing materials, including practice group descriptions, website language- Assist with media relations and other initiatives designed to garner visibility for the firm
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Assist with preparation of pitches and proposals
- Conduct business development-related research
- Coordinate internal marketing newsletter, including information-gathering and drafting/editing of news items.
- Coordinate activities related to firm-sponsored seminars and events, including in-house seminar series and certain off-site events, matter client lists, invitations and seminar materials
