Under minimal direction, manage subcontract staff responsible for the formulation and implementation of subcontract policies, procedures and administration.
Duties include management and administration of major subcontracts including overseeing RFP preparation and subcontract negotiations.
Achieve management of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions.
Achieve timely delivery of subcontracted items and meet all subcontract price objectives.
Support financial forecasting requirements. Implement and enforce control of technical data measures.

BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent required.
Masters degree preferred.
Seven years minimum related experience required.
Significant Government contracting experience required.
Solid working knowledge of FAR and Government CPSR audits and file folder preparation also required.
Significant experience and skill level required in proposal preparation.
Excellent working skills in Excel required.
