Manager, Contracts & Policy

IntraLinks, the leading provider of virtual datarooms for the financial services and pharmaceuticals community, is looking for a Manager, Contracts & Policies for our New York office!

 

Responsibilities:Draft contract language to suit unique and negotiated business arrangements.Create purchase order templates and draft contract amendmentsLead negotiation of legal terms; explain business and legal terms to sales executives, customers and their advisors. Manage preparation and drafting of RFP responsesReview and assist to edit press releases, marketing copy and sales collateral. Review and manage consistency of contract templates and sales proposals. Draft policy summaries and training guides on company controls and standard operating procedures. Work with General Counsel on special projects as needed.

 

Requirements/Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience of contract management experience, preferably at a software company, with a Bachelor?s DegreeExceptional writing and communication skills (writing sample will be requested)Knowledge of software licensing business and legal terminologyExcellent Word Processing, Excel, Adobe skillsAffinity to fast-paced, small company environmentProven analytical skills, creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities (references should be able to cite examples)Some management or sales operations experience a plusSuperior client service skills Law degree not required
