Description:
Manage the administration of subsidiary Board and committee meetings. Maintain director and officer database. Prepare routine resolutions and governance documents. Maintain corporate records and documents. Maintain minutes of subsidiary board and committee meetings.

Qualifications:
Professional, self motivated with the proven ability to take ownership of and for accurate completion of projects/tasks. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and reprioritize a must. Strong written/verbal communication, project management or coordination experience preferred. Process improvement experience a plus. This person must be comfortable with Lotus Notes calendaring. Strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently and decision making skills. Can-do attitude with a desire to learn. Paralegal certificate and 5 years experience working within corporate secretary is preferred.
