Mutual Finds paralegal - temp to possibly perm

Stamford based global asset management firm seeks a mutual finds paralegal on a temporary basis, with the possibility that it may turn into a permanent position. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' 1940 Act-specific (or the equivalent in a related asset management area) and paralegal experience, including, but not limited to, the preparation of board meeting materials and amendments to registration statements on Form N-1A or similar regulatory filings. Candidate must be extremely organized, efficient and capable of managing multiple assignments at one time.
