Ad Hoc The Legal Placement Company has been charged with locating an outstanding trial paralegal for a prestigious Houston plaintiff firm.  This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work in tandem both in the office and in the courtroom with some of the best plaintiff attorneys in the Gulf Coast region, including directly supporting a named partner from the firm.  The candidate will have at least five (5) years plaintiff mass tort experience, including extensive trial work.  Qualified candidates must be passionate about plaintiff work and have very little experience working on a defense docket or at a defense firm.  This position requires the ability to ?hit the ground running? and take an attorney from file to trial, including drafting detailed motions, pleadings and other legal documents with little or no supervision.  The selected candidate will be very confident, motivated, independent, and will be able to communicate confidently and maintain composure in interacting with high-powered attorneys and executives.  Candidates must also have flexibility in their schedules as extensive nationwide travel is anticipated.  A Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is required for all candidates.
