PLM and ECM mananger

Work with IT and engineering groups across multiple departments to develop and deploy technical solutions to address key business processes. Support the overall Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Content Management initiatives.

Assess and drive business decisions and reengineer business processes

Demonstrate knowledge in Product Lifecycle/ Information Management principles:
Functional blueprints & technical specifications
Security/access control
Multi-site global/application management
Product data lifecycle processes

Translate business requirements into External / Internal IT solution design and deployment plans

Confirm enterprise business & system requirements, draft clear and concise implementation plans for enterprise wide system and process deployments.

Leverage existing technologies to satisfy requirements from multiple business units and to facilitate business process improvement and innovation

Streamline and automate engineering change, design, and data management processes and develop systems that effectively manage and control product data

Integrate all product information through system, integration, and/or process for company wide accessibility

Skills/Experience:
Strong team skills, especially working in cross-functional teams. Strong relationship-building and alignment skills.

Minimum of fifteen (15) years of related experience.

Requires 10 years prior supervisory experience and management experience

Strong knowledge of and experience with PLM or CAD processes and technology platforms.

Experience with deployment of enterprise PLM or Content Management tools required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
