Paralegal - Leasing

Large corporation has openings for Paralegals to support the Leasing Compliance, Real Estate and Commercial groups.  The team provides legal support in a broad range of operational areas.  This paralegal will have a broad range of responsibilities including: review and communication to ensure estoppel requests and SNDA's requested are drafted and returned timely, complying with lease terms, monitoring and maintaining accurate files, ticklers, charts and databases.  Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.  Demonstrated ability to complete multiple and competing tasks within tight deadlines.  A high degree of detail-orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and strong customer-oriented and interpersonal skills are required.  The position is contract, working 40 hours, 8am to 5pm on site at the Bellevue, WA location, at a pay rate of $24 - 27 per hour.  Interested and qualified candidates please send resume and references to email address below.
