Paralegal Recruiter

PARALEGAL RECRUITER The Washington D.C. office of a national legal recruitment firm seeks an experienced Paralegal Recruiter to manage the paralegal division of it?s Washington D.C office.

 

The Paralegal Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the following functions:

? lateral recruitment of case managers, paralegals/legal assistants, document coders and other legal positions;

? all aspect of the recruitment cycle from writing ads and sourcing, to screening and interviewing candidates;

? developing strategies to attract the most qualified people in the market for our clients; 

? consult with clients to assist in developing recruitment strategies; and

? act as an intermediary between law firms and candidates within the recruitment process. 

 

To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor?s degree, or an Associates degree, or a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA recognized program.  Law firm experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.  Proofreading skills, knowledge of litigation support databases is a plus. Legal research skills using Lexis, Westlaw, CD-Rom, Internet services and other library material.
