Part-time Litigation Paralegal

WPS Health Insurance, one of Wisconsin?s top ten insurance carriers, has an opportunity available in our Madison office for a part-time position as a Litigation Paralegal.  Responsiblities include performing legal research for the corporate litigation attorneys in the Legal Services Department and assisting attorneys with file maintenance, discovery, and trial preparation.

 

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a law firm or corporate law department.  Also required is a minimum of 3 years paralegal experience with the demonstrated ability to apply and communicate advanced medical and legal concepts and terminology.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Westlaw helpful.  Excellement people skills a must.
