Partner with the President!

Electronic manufacturing company on the Eastside has a current opening for Executive Assistant to support the President! Share in the success of the company by working side by side with the executive team. Position includes support to both President and VP-levels. Responsibilities include:

-Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences. Manage the executive office in his absence.
-Coordinate national/international travel itineraries including ground transport and accommodations.
-Act as an extension of the executive, and delegate duties appropriately.
-Projects include off site corporate event planning.

Skills/Qualifications:

8-10 years executive assistant experience required, preferably within a related industry department/company, and supporting a President/C-level executive. Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Qualified candidates should be organized, self-directed, efficient, and have effective project management skills. Benefits include a solid medical plan and vacation. Salary $50-60K.
