Prosecution Legal Specialist

You will assist with the preparation and filing of design and utility patient applications while maintaining trademark files and updating the docket of renewal due dates. Communicating with foreign associates and attorneys is another key aspect of this support position.

To qualify, we require a Bachelor?s degree and paralegal certificate (or the equivalent) or 3+ years of experience with prosecution filings. The organized professional that we seek must be computer literate and able to handle multiple priorities.
