Our client, a leading international law firm, handles mainly international investors entering or expanding their Russian operations.  Their Real Estate practice is consistently ranked as top tier.

 

They are seeking a Real Estate Lawyer who can play a leading and supportive role in carefully structuring, planning and managing real estate transactions. The firm?s real estate practice is knows for its creative imaginative tax efficient solutions for property acquisitions, sale and leaseback, construction contracts and funding options in Russia.

You will serve clients such as developers, investors, anchor tenants, multi-national construction companies and major real estate companies.

You will deal with lenders and borrowers who must structure financings that ensure a project?s viability as well as fund sponsors who must structure their investment vehicles to meet the needs of their target investors.

The secured and unsecured financings the firm facilitates include a broad range of real estate asset classes, including office properties, hotels and resorts, retail properties, industrial properties, multifamily developments and mixed-use properties.  Your work will also encompass the real estate aspects of leveraged acquisitions, including the use of real estate as security for syndicated bank borrowings.

You should have strong teamwork skills and innovative thinking and the mindset to successful completion the many complex projects you will be handling.
