RECEPTIONIST

LAW OFFICE IN AVENTURA, FLORIDA SEEKING RECEPTIONIST FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH FOR THE FIVE ATTORNEYS WHO ARE OFFICE TENANTS. FULL TIME, 8:30 AM TO 5:30 PM OR PART TIME, 8:30 AM TO 12:00 NOON.

APPLICANT SHOULD HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AN OFFICE, KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A 9-LINE PHONE SYSTEM AND WORK WELL WITH OTHERS IN THE OFFICE. PREVIOUS LAW OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED. A SUNNY DISPOSITION AND INTELLIGENCE ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN EXPERIENCE AS YOU WILL BE THE FIRST CONTACT OF THE PUBLIC WITH OUR LAW FIRM.

SOME KNOWLEDGE OF WORD PERFECT AND/OR WORD REQUIRED.
