Real Estate Paralegal

The San Francisco Office of Heller Ehrman LLP is seeking an experienced Real Estate paralegal. This job includes the following duties: title and survey review, assist with real estate due diligence and abstracting of documents; coordinate and attend real estate closings; draft financing, purchasing, and sale documents. This individual must have strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding problem solving skills, strong research skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Requirements include a Bachelors degree and at least 3 years experience as a Real Estate paralegal. Experience working in a large law firm is preferred.
