Receptionist

Law firm in Columbus, Indiana seeking a receptionist with some secretarial duties.

Primary duties would include answering phones, checking voice mail, greeting clients and/or visitors to office, monitoring faxes, opening mail, receiving express packages, taking mail to post office and/or express mail carriers (UPS/Federal Express), and updating library supplements.

Secondary duties would include organization of medical records, reading and summarizing depositions, transcribing of taped statements, etc. Therefore, solid typing skills are required.
