Records/Client Intake Specialist/Conflicts Specialist

Prestigious, top law firm in Maryland is looking for an individual to work in their client intake department. This department handles the opening of new files for the firm to ensure there are no conflicts of interest and ensures the accuracy of data on the firm's client database. Responsibilities include searching databases for conflicts of interest and reporting results, researching conflict issues relating to new client or new matter representations, and processing new cases/file change information in client database. Minimum of three years related experience and data entry skills required. Previous experience in records processing a plus. The successful applicants will be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent benefits package! Salary/Pay Rate: 30,000-37,6000
