This position is responsible for providing project coordination/management and administrative support for Trial Consulting.? The incumbent is responsible for all elements of research planning and organization, travel to and assisting in performing research and data management including assistance with questionnaire development, database management, data collection and transcription, and report preparation.? Incumbent works closely with Trial Consultants and communicates directly with clients on various occasions.

?Primary Responsibilities

?Project coordination, including coordinating focus groups and recruitment of mock jury participants, coordinating research facilities, and managing vendor support.Provide project assistance to Trial Consultants, including preparation of research materials, management of database, and SPSS entry and data analysis.? Provide graphical support and report preparation assistance.? Provide supervision to staff members who are assisting with data entry. Communicate logistical information to the client and Trial Consulting team.Provide support for and contribute to marketing efforts.Provide general administrative support, including data entry, file maintenance, preparation of research materials and exhibits, travel arrangements, and telephone support.

?Qualifications/Requirements

?Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or Communications preferred plus two years experience in project coordination or event planning.Must be proficient in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).? Speed and accuracy in typing skills is a must. Must possess strong organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.Work requires close attention to detail in composing, typing, proofreading materials, and establishing priorities and deadlines.Must be able to perform multiple job tasks under minimal supervision.Must be a team player and demonstrate flexibility with regard to occasional long hours, schedule changes and deadline pressure.Must be available to travel sometimes unexpectedly and for extended period of times.
