Richmond based Hedge Fund Manager is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer to join our team

Required Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in regulated or unregulated investment advisor compliance.
Law degree preferred.
Prior self-directed work experience.
Knowledge of best practices in establishing effective compliance and organizational guidelines.

Desired Technical and Non-Technical Skills:
Proven ability to identify compliance issues and set sound business solutions.
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize among a diverse set of priority items.
Exceptional leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train others to meet and exceed compliance-related and ethical standards.
