Cybersettle Financial Services LLC, located in White Plains, NY is a market leader in post-settlement funding for the plaintiff?s bar. We are currently searching for a sales professional preferably with an active plaintiff attorney customer base.  The primary responsibilities of the position are to grow our business by educating customers about the RapidFunds product and driving customers to closing RapidFunds transactions. This is a unique opportunity with huge upside potential in an uncharted field with a proven appetite in the marketplace.

 

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Prospecting attorney customers, primarily those practicing in the plaintiff medical malpractice marketSales education to plaintiff?s attorneysRegular and periodic visits to attorney offices to establish and maintain relationships with attorneys and their paralegalsMaintain knowledge of RapidFunds products and marketing plansCommunicate with HQ on a regular basisMaintain familiarity with customer business practices and relevant informationReport to management regarding customers on a regular basis as requiredAct and perform within the highest ethical standards of Cybersettle Financial ServicesAssist in strategic growth and development of the company

 

 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

 

? 5+ years of account management with a demonstrable record of meeting and exceeding targets. Experience in selling to the trial lawyer market is a definite plus.  

? The ability to develop significant new business through networking, referrals and cold calls

? Proficient understanding of product

? Results driven sales skills and experience

? Creative, independent thinking

? Exceptional Relationship building skills

? Strong personal traits conducive to selling a revolutionary product in the industry

? Ability to grow from pure sales role to management in the long term

? Bachelor's degree in a related field
