Seasoned Legal Secretary Description: Immediate need for an experienced legal secretary to support multiple attorneys in established Law Firm in Conshohocken, PA. The ideal candidate will have at least 7-9 years of experience in a legal secretary role and has experience with auto accident litigation. The candidate will be responsible for 75% dictation, maintains litigation diaries, court calendars, attorney schedules and timekeeping records. Must have a strong attention to detail and be familiar with pleadings, file correspondence and ordering investigative reports.

Requirements:

7-9 years of experience in a legal secretary role

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Self directed polished professional with a strong work ethic

Solid work history

Must be proficient in a Windows environment

Location: Conshohocken, PA

Type: CONTRACT

Duration: 60 - 90 Days

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly DOE
