Secretarial Supervisor

Prestigious Law Firm is seeking a Secretarial Supervisor.  Supervisor is the primary liaison between attorneys/paralegals and legal secretaries. 

 

Responsibilities:

Supervises and prioritizes workload and arranges coverage

Supervises workflow

Interacts with attorneys/paralegals and secretaries on a regular, consistent basis

Handles basic employee relations issues

Works with manager and NY office to develop training programs

Works with Administrative Manager on performance reviews and evaluation process

Participates in hiring process

 

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of related experience

Superior communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels

Organized with attention to detail

Ability to take initiative and work independently

Strong personality

Professional and reliable

 

Compensation:

Salary up to 80K
