Provide project support to J563 for the network and telecommunications program management, system design, integration, circuit allocation engineering and provisioning, planning and coordination of telecommunications, IT and IA initiatives to include tracking of customer circuitry actions and associated costs, review and revalidation of telecommunications infrastructure, technical consultation, contingency planning and life cycle support for various Navy and DoD customers on behalf of SPAWARSYSCEN Pensacola.

Supports development and formation of client's contract, sub-contracts, and task orders

Coordinates inputs from technical staff, does systems analysis, analyzes technical documents, develops and writes requirements, performs risk assessments, develops independent cost estimates and benefit analyses, prepares draft justifications and plans, trains and assists more junior technical analysts in the process

Writes and coordinates Requests for Proposal (RFPs) in compliance with all federal government regulations and rules

Requires Bachelor's degree.

Requires minimum 5 years experience.
