Senior Contracts Administrator

Objective:

 

This individual will be a hands-on Contracts professional in a department that serves a worldwide, direct and targeted marketing company that provides direct marketing services, proprietary computer software products, and shopper advertising opportunities to a wide range of local, regional, national, and international consumer and business-to-business marketers.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Draft, review and negotiate, with minimal supervision, standard form and non-standard contracts including but not limited to software license, nondisclosure, vendor, strategic alliance, and reseller agreementsWork closely with business and project managers to understand their business needs and review proposals, quotations and budgets to ensure conformity with company price lists and policiesAssist with identification of contractual and business risks Facilitate sales of company products and services while protecting Harte-Hanks corporate interests Interact directly with internal and external customers and clients Perform administrative tasks relating to contract administration



Requirements:

 5+ years experience as a Contracts professional preferably in the high tech/software/hardware industryExcellent negotiation and drafting skills Bachelor?s degree or Paralegal certificateExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with internal and external customersMust be able to work with minimal supervisionRequires excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.Some experience in procurement would be beneficial
