Senior Contracts Paralegal

Premier property management company is seeking a high level Senior Contracts Paralegal. This role will prepare, negotiate and finalize various contracts and agreements for execution, and provide general transactional support to the attorneys in the group.

Additional responsibilities will include preparing and administering standard agreements and negotiating certain agreements and provisions within defined parameters; reviewing and providing recommendations for revisions to non-standard agreements; identifying, reviewing and summarizing legal, financial and business issues on proposed contracts; and supporting the overall continuous improvement of standard forms, legal processes and policies.
