Spherion Legal is seeking candidates for a senior Corporate Paralegal for the Reston office of a national law firm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting with preparation and organization of documents related to and coordinating closing of business transactions
Business entity formation and maintenance
Assisting with preparation of legal opinions related to due diligence and drafting related back-up memoranda
Performing electronic research and obtaining documents from public and governmental agencies including the SEC, Secretary of State and Department of Corporations.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree
5+ years of general corporate paralegal experience
Experience working with attorney services in the filing and retrieval of business documents
Blue Sky research skills
Excellent oral, technical and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented
