Senior Counsel - Financal Services/Securities Law
Great-West is currently hiring a Senior Counsel to join our legal team of professionals supporting the Financial Services division. Position will provide legal advice and assistance on a wide variety of complex legal matters, including corporate, financial services, and/or investments. This includes review and research of law, interpretation, application and judgment to particular situations, obtaining information from various sources, drafting of documents, giving advice and assisting in implementing Company initiatives.
Qualified candidates must be eligible to licensed to practice in the state of Colorado, with at least 3 years of professional experience. Experience in the Financial Services/Mutual Fund industry and familiarity with federal securities laws is required.
