Senior Legal Administrative Assistant

The legal department of a large north county corporation is currently seeking a high level legal administrative assistant to assist one attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department and should have intermediate to advanced skills with all Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel. Duties will include answering phones, prioritizing mail and e-mail, calendaring, drafting correspondence, preparing packets for mailing and various other needs as necessary. Qualifications :
