Senior Litigation Attorney - Seeking 2 temporary attorneys with complex corporate commercial litigation experience for a 6+ month project.  The ideal candidate will have arbitration and litigation experience in New York state; large law firm experience; excellent drafting and presentation skills (including the ability to use technology in court and related presentations); and, will have outsourcing and / or distribution contract law experience.  The cases are a breach of outsourcing and a breach of exclusive distribution contracts, thus the attorney will need to understand and interpret contract law and be able to process / quantify damages.  Immediate need!

Trademark & Copyright Litigation Associate - temporary to hire associate position with 35+ attorney firm with offices located midtown.  IP practice group is nationally renowned in the field of trademark and copyright enforcement and anti-counterfeiting.  The ideal candidate will have 3+ years IP litigation experience, will be ready to role up their sleeves and participate in all aspects of a small, yet dynamic and busy practice.

Corporate Associate - prestigious large (top ten worldwide) global firm, seeks a corporate attorney on a temporary-to-hire or direct hire basis to work in Technology, Media and Telecommunications group.  In addition to general corporate experience in a large firm environment, the ideal candidate will have cable and broadcast television distribution agreements; programming, marketing and ancillary services; license and distribution agreements; and regulatory issues experience.  Great opportunity to get on track in an associate position.

White Collar Civil & Criminal Litigation Associate - temporary to hire associate position in small, yet busy white collar litigation practice.Principal is very skilled in defending criminal charges, but needs counterpart to assist with civil litigation.  Ideal candidate will have 3+ years civil litigation experience in federal and state court, some exposure to white collar crime a plus.  Practice is very varied.  Solid opportunity to work in very interesting practice.
