The ideal candidate will have 7 + years of commercial loan administration experience in a financial institution or law firm. Candidate must be able to manage the soup to nuts of the loan process, such as preparing loan documentation for closings, reviewing moderately complex legal appraisal and title information, negotiating document changes, and ensure all files and procedures are in compliance with government regulations and policies.
