Senior Practice Support Analyst

GREAT LITIGATION SUPPORT POSITION: The Silicon Valley office of a respected California firm is currently looking for Senior Practice Support Analyst. Using litigation support concepts, this position identifies and resolves a wide range of difficult problems, this position provides daily operational assistance to attorneys and staff using sophisticated knowledge management systems; assists attorneys and paralegals in designing and utilizing technology in all phases of litigation and corporate work; supervises project-related tasks and deadlines assigned to junior level practice support staff; provides end?user training and support; coordinates third-party vendors providing services such as electronic discovery processing, paper document scanning, backup tape restoration, forensic collection/analysis and web-hosted data repositories; designs and executes new, complex litigation or other practice support related database requirements as required; creates, manages and maintains sophisticated databases to manage information for complex litigation; provides expert consultation to attorneys and staff seeking to streamline information retrieval and delivery systems; works independently, problem solve and proactively address support requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support technology in a law firm environment and litigation support applications.
