Quaker, Tropicana, Gatorade QTG, a division of PepsiCo, seeks an experienced labor and employment paralegal. ?

Major responsibilities include labor and employment law research, writing, investigations, and discovery. ?In addition, the candidate will be responsible for managing a data base used to track corporate compliance and internal complaints.

College degree, paralegal certificate and 3-5 years experience in labor and employment law are required.

Candidate must possess excellent written, verbal and organizational skills. ?Excellent computer skills are also necessary, especially in MicroSoft Office suite. ?Ability to perform legal research manually and on-line. ?Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, able to handle and prioritize many tasks, extremely detail oriented, work well under deadline pressure and able to work in a team environment.
