Staff Attorney

IP LAW ATTORNEY TO PROVIDE FULL RANGE OF IP LAW SUPPORT
INCLUDING INVENTION DISCLOSURE EVALUATION AND PATENT PREPARATION AND PROSECUTION (BOTH IN-HOUSE AND THROUGH MANAGEMENT OF OUTSIDE COUNSEL)
OPINION WORK AS WELL AS TRANSACTIONAL (CONTRACTS AND LICENSING) AND IP ENFORCEMENT.
WORK INVOLVES LOCAL CLIENT SUPPORT AND CONTACT
TECHNICAL DEGREE (PREFERABLY ADVANCED OR EQUIV. EXPERIENCE) IN A FIELD RELATING TO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY REQUIRED.
REGISTRATION TO PRACTICE BEFORE THE USPTO REQUIRED.
MEMBERSHIP OF STATE BAR REQUIRED.
Major Field of Study:Intellectual Property Law PATENT PREP. AND PROSECUTION/Can perform without assistance.
Has in-depth knowledge.
TRANSACTIONAL (CONTRACTS & LICENSING)/Can perform with assistance/Has applied knowledge.
LEGAL OPINION WORK/Can perform with assistance. Has applied knowledge.
COPYRIGHT, TM AND TRADE SECRET MATTERS/Can perform with assistance/Has applied knowledge
TECH. DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR COMPUTER SCIENCE/Can perform without assistance/Has in-depth knowledge.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION/CLIENT SKILLS
