There are several quality firms in need of their ?first impression?.  These positions are located in The Biltmore area, central Phoenix and downtown.  They vary in levels of responsibility and range in pay from $25K to $33K ($12 to $16/hr)

 

LEGAL SECRETARY

Litigation, litigation, litigation!  Our temp division needs strong litigation secretaries for several of our top clients!  These are temp and temp-to hire opportunities.  Ideal candidate will have docketing experience, strong grammar and proofreading skills as well as the ability to perform under pressure.  Temp and get hired!  $17 to $20/hr for temp & up to $48K for direct hire

 

LEGAL SECRETARY

Transactional and Real Estate secretaries.  Proven skills in real estate, estate planning, corporate or contracts background along with solid computer abilities such as TOC, TOA and redlining skills could lead you to the job of your dreams!  Temp and get hired!  $17 to $20/hr for temp & up to 60K for direct hire

 

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Two clients are in need of Executive Secretaries for temp-to-hire opportunities.  Both positions are with great companies and require someone with legal knowledge to support the Office of the GC.  Positions need an up-beat professional who can multi-task, make travel arrangements, calendar, transcribe, prepare meeting minutes, draft routine correspondence and update departmental documents.  Great locations and excellent working environment.  Pay ranges are $35K to 48K.

 

PARALEGAL

Innovative company needs a skilled paralegal to assist them in a HUGE document project.  Be an integral part of the direction this company takes when you take over managing their local and international contracts.  Ideal candidate will be able to draft and review a wide variety of contracts from processing to records retention and potentially developing and implementing a disaster recovery plan.  This is an excellent opportunity to have your hands in areas of intellectual properties, products liability, compliance, SEC and more!  Great environment with the opportunity for full time employment at end of project.  And the best part?.the client is willing to PAY big bucks!
