Our clients are looking for mid and senior-level legal secretaries with the following skill sets:

 

* For Mid-level positions: Minimum of 2+ years of legal secretarial experience, or 5+ years as an administrative assistant, For Senior-level positions: minimum of 5+ years of legal secretarial experience

* Experience supporting partners and associates, including managing calendars, scheduling, making travel arrangements, expense reports, typing correspondence, faxing and handling the phones

* Must be flexible and proactive in providing support

* Advanced skills in proofreading, editing, grammar, developing business correspondence, reading comprehension, spelling and typing

* Superior organizational skills along with a highly-developed attention to detail

* Advanced MS Office skills required

* Expert level in multi-tasking in a high-production environment

* High school diploma required, 2+ years of college or equivalent preferred
