Job Position Summary:

 

Write and publish policies and procedures for all departments of ResMAE Mortgage Corporation, with an emphasis on Loan Servicing.

 

Educational, certification and Experience Required

 
Minimum one year experience in residential lending and servicing
Minimum one year previous technical writing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to write clearly, logically, and concisely
Ability to work well with management and staff
Ability to set goals and meet deadlines
Strong proofreading and editing skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Bachelors Degree or equivalent

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Primary Duties:

 
Develop, write, and edit policies and procedures materials
Research subject material through interviews, meetings, materials, and hands-on exposure with department personnel 
Distribute new and revised policies and procedures
Develop and revise forms
