Technology Support Specialist
The San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins LLP has an immediate opening for a Technology Support Specialist.? This position requires a skilled technology expert with exceptional customer service skills able to provide first level technical support and solutions to our attorneys, paralegals and staff.
?
Candidate should be a flexible, organized team player with 2+ years experience providing technology support to users in a law firm.? The position requires excellent verbal and writing skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 2003, iManage/Interwoven 8.0 and DeltaView.? Applicants must also be competent with supporting desktop and notebook systems in a networked office environment, which includes supporting our remote access service offerings, Cisco VOIP administration and other related applications.? Knowledge of networking office environment, scanning software, Adobe Acrobat and Carpe Diem are also desired.
?
Candidate must also have experience imaging and troubleshooting HP Compaq pc?s plus T- and X-series IBM laptops, as well as servicing HP printers.? HP Certified Technician status a strong plus.? Familiarity with PDA?s such as Blackberry and Treo devices, as well as Blackberry Enterprise Server and Good Technologies is required.? Salary commensurate with experience.

Hours are 9:00 am ? 5:30 pm, M-F
