Temp to Hire Commercial Litigation Attorney - In-House

Contract-to-hire commercial litigation attorney needed at a major Long Island City corporation.  Top credentials and 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience required.  Person hired will cover for someone on leave and position has very strong direct hire potential.  Caseload will involve litigation with respect to group ERISA benefits and disability benefits issues.  Must be prepared to handle substantive drafting work.  Experience with insurance and ERISA preferred, as is experience with both state and federal litigation.  Excellent in-house opportunity. Location is approximately 15-20 minutes from midtown Manhattan.  Accessible by subway.  Must be available to work full-time and on-site at corporate location.
