LG Electronics USA, Inc. is currently seeking a Temporary Contract Administrator for our Legal Department. This position will be based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

About the Opportunity

We're looking for someone who will enjoy working in a collaborative, creative environment that is fast-paced and high-energy. The successful candidate will assist the Contract Manager and General Counsel in the creation, review and negotiation of routine contracts; maintenance of contract database and non-product liability litigation database. Incumbent will also provide back up support for the Contract Manager in their absence.

College degree preferred.

Must have a paralegal certificate.

5 plus years in-house Legal Department experience preferred.

Must have 1-4 years experience in a law office or in an in-house legal department, preferably handling commercial contracts.
